Welcome to 
Plan2Adapt tool can help you construct a visual map showing patterns of future climate change in your region. You can use the tool to:
- determine how individual climate variables like temperature and precipitation may change over different time periods for your region as well as download related maps, graphs and data tables that neatly summarize this information
- identify some of the key potential impacts associated with climate change in your region
Tool Quick Start
Choose your desired settings from the form below and click 'Continue'. You should see a summary table overview for the region you selected. From there you can explore each climate change variable individually via its corresponding menu tab on the left. At any time you may choose a different region, time period or time of year by revisiting the 'Settings' tab. Additional explanatory notes are provided under the 'Notes' tab.
